Taking care of you has always been our goal and in order to face this global situation we increased our cleaning and sanitization routine following all the rules and regulations for each department as follows:

Booking Flex

To book or not to book? This is the new question… We have the answer: we give you the opportunity to cancel or modify your booking until the day before your arrival without any restrictions (by booking directly with us).

Rooms and common areas

Ventilation systems Sanitization and regular air filters cleaning;

Even greater attention in Rooms and Common areas sanitation using 70% Isopropyl Alcohol based products on surfaces, door handles, handrails, switchboards, remote controls and any other objects;

Bed and bath linen high temperature washing using sterilizing products (as usual);

Coffee Maker: the tray is changed on every arrival (as usual).

Food and beverage

Buffet Breakfast access is a maximum of a 5 guests at a time, just one person each room or family unit is recommended;

Single portions for coffee breaks and business lunches;

Cutlery and crockery sanitation with chlorine based products (as usual).

General info/services

New shifts and home office in order to avoid gatherings among our staff;

PPE (personal protective equipment) for the Staff (facemasks, gloves, hand sanitizer, plexiglas screens);

New procedures, conditions and controls over our suppliers.

A few tips for you

Let’s keep a distance of 1 metre between each other, but do not worry you will still feel welcomed;

Please wear a face mask, if you do not have it we are happy to give you one;

Feel free to use our hand sanitizer every time you want;

We will quickly check your temperature on arrival; It will take a second;

We can inform housekeeping to skip your room if you prefer to avoid the cleaning;

Digital payments and contactless are preferred.
